**Job Description** We are seeking a facilities program manager with a proven track record of collaboration and partnership while driving a portfolio of assigned projects to completion while meeting the needs of the site leadership team and programs. This role encompasses a blend of cross-functional engagement with key site and business area leadership to ensure facilities capital projects are executed to meet the unique needs of the funding organization and the site as a whole. This role will be responsible for ensuring the schedule and budget of each project is aligned to the business area and facility s needs, and will work to understand the interdependencies between all of the projects being executed at the site. The manager will support strategic project planning and development, bolster business area engagement, and collaborate across multiple departments to drive alignment on project designs and execution.
