JazzClubsNW creates jazz performance and education opportunities for professionals and students throughout the Pacific Northwest. Membership starts as low as $15/month, and is free for students. Join our growing community and keep this music thriving in our region. JazzClubsNW exists to support live jazz performance and educational opportunities in the communities where we live. As much as possible, we try to put students and professionals together onstage... because the bandstand is the best teacher. We also support communities interested in starting their own local jazz clubs and events. Since 2010, our programming has informed venues and festivals across the Pacific Northwest, making a significant cultural impact. As a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization, our funding comes mainly from members. There are several levels of membership available, each with its own set of benefits, but all JazzClubsNW members enjoy free admission to our events; the cover charge for non-members can range from $5 for local acts to $25 for national acts. Over the past few years we have presented world-renowned performers such as Joey DeFrancesco, Louis Hayes, Harold Mabern, Vincent Herring, Jeremy Pelt, Jeff Hamilton, Terell Stafford, and Walter Blanding and Marcus Printup from the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra.
