J.I. Hass Co., Inc. was founded in 1895 in Jersey City, New Jersey as a painting contractor. Since that time, our company has performed a substantial amount of painting work on a wide array of industrial projects such as Aluminum Facilities, Oil Refinery/Oil and Gas Distribution, Electric Utility, Brewery/Metal Beverage Packaging, Agricultural, and Paper Products industries, as well as commercial projects such as office buildings, hospitals, and hotels, in many states throughout the country. Our company has the ability/experience to safely and efficiently perform the surface preparatory work prior to painting, such as hand tool, power tool, water blasting, sandblasting, as well as the actual installation of the paints/high performance coatings. Many of our clients are well known industrial corporations. Most of our work is repeat business for clients we have been privileged to serve over a period of many years. Although started in New Jersey, our company has worked in the Ohio Valley for over 50 years, setting up an office in Henderson, Kentucky. In 2006, the company moved its main office to Owensboro, Kentucky to focus on and increase the industrial work it was doing in the area. Our company has experienced office and craft personnel, many having worked for the firm over a period of many years. We also have developed a good working relationship with many supplier/vendors in the industry. Our company looks forward to continuing to serve its many clients and to increasing the client base it would be privileged to serve.
