Pay is $30 - $45 per hour based on experience. 12- month assignment with the potential to extend based on need and performance. Hybrid Role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the initial legal review, and ultimate negotiation, of proposed agreements for the purchase of goods and/or services in collaboration with the Business Unit, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, and Control Group(s) as necessary. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Manager of Contracts Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships across CPS and with business unit stakeholders. CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to select the appropriate Contract Template or Standard Clause(s) for proposed agreements. Conduct redlines review of proposed agreements of low to moderate complexity, including the drafting of non-standard commercial and legal terms. Participate in negotiations with Suppliers regarding proposed agreements. Liaise with TPR, Control Group(s)
