Every project has the close supervision of either Daniel Thompson or of Andrew Youngross, both Principals of Thompson & Youngross Engineering Consultants so that the design professional selected by the Owner is the same person that is responsive and responsible for the design and project follow through. Our well trained and experienced staff of individuals' work as a team to provide the best design for each project while keeping the ultimate goal of not only first costs, but also owning and operating costs in mind for each project. Training is accomplished by in house classes presented by either staff members or invited guest trainers. Outside training is provided through attendance of various seminars. Most of the staff is CADD trained and capable of providing construction documents in the electronic medium as well as the more traditional pencil or pen on vellum and Mylar mediums as the project dictates.
