Position Purpose & Summary: The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, the Restaurants Manager, and the Director of Food & Beverage (F&B) in overseeing the operation and staff of the restaurants to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency.
