JOB SUMMARY: As our facility grows, we are looking for an individual to direct, coordinate and administer engineering and project management functions to improve or maintain the physical structures, equipment, utilities and facilities. TYPICAL JOB DUTIES: Plan major projects, develop cost estimates, obtain quotes, prepare capital expenditure requests and participate in capital budgeting processes. Develop FEL (front end loading) design and planning documents, to assure project schedule, cost and performance criteria are met. Support the development of preventative and predictive maintenance programs, critical spares analysis, and other reliability efforts, as part of an overall emphasis on reduced down time in the plants.
