Our client, a PE fund with 30 Billion AUM is seeking a transactional lawyer (with deep PE experience) for their small but dynamic team. This role would report directly to the General Counsel. Responsibilities Structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents for investments in a variety of asset classes, including; private credit, private equity convertible bonds, structured credit, distressed and special situations credit, and/or venture capital.
