Job Description Job Description Event Catering Specialist Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and extremely organized event catering specialist to help manage our catering, food truck and event services. The event specialist’s responsibilities will include managing phone calls, meeting with customers and potential customers to help plan their events and create a personalized proposal for each customer, coordinating event details and design for catering and décor, as well as, other event planning tasks, including managing accounts receivables for event payments, helping the catering manager to coordinate food preparation and presentation, maintaining our large rental and decor inventory, liaising with other vendors, assisting with coordinating staff for events.
