Charles Hosford, as the author of Leadout®, has built on Fred Fosmire's work to develop the activity into an outstanding and versatile leadership development simulation. He is an internationally known Management Consultant, often referred to as the trainer's trainer. With 30 years of experience in the field, he is best recognized for his work in team building for high-tech, business, government, education and other social organizations. Following fifteen years in public education, he joined NTL Institute's professional staff. Before starting his own consulting firm., he was a Divisional Training and Development Manager for TRW Systems, Redondo Beach, California.
