Annual Salary: $58,240 SUMMARY Working independently, builds and enhances an active network of qualified Mentors (adult foster families) through strategic recruitment and selection initiatives, and following Network/licensing guidelines. Develops and implements recruiting tracking tools and strategies. Measures success of campaign effectiveness, creating and designing new campaigns as needed to continuously attract new Mentors.
