The Associate will be expected to design, manage, and conduct primary research on behalf of Cadmus energy clients. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience designing qualitative research projects, such as cross-utility/sector or statewide efforts that examine customer experience, awareness, motivations, and preferences. You will be responsible for selecting appropriate research methodologies, developing samples, including designing to statistical confidence and precision levels, and applying weighting and quotas for phone, online or mail survey efforts. You will bring the ability to scope projects and provide technical expertise on qualitative research design; manage a wide range of market research activities such as interviews, surveys, secondary research, and focus groups; and analyze a wide range of qualitative and quantitative data
