This position is a contract to direct opportunity which is expected to be on-site in Apopka, FL for a duration of 3 months+. Printer III works under the general direction of the Supervisor but works independently and provides direction to other production staff, as required. They are floor leaders and specialize in operating the digital color printer while possessing extensive knowledge of operating BW digital press equipment. They independently utilize a variety of software applications to trouble shoot file problems and make color adjustments to files, as required. This would include doing make-ready for complex digital jobs requiring extensive trouble shooting or pagination set-up. PRINTER PAY PLAN: 113 -$ 37,678.00 minimum salary Distinguishing Features of the Position (Summary) Performs technical work in support of assigned printing programs or shop function. Duties include providing support including all type of print shop operations utilizing a variety of machinery and equipment. Positions in this class perform routine support and identify needed corrective actions to resolve discrepancies; answer printing questions; and maintains printing documents and records. Essential Functions The following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned.
