Overview: The Advisory Dean Program ("ADP" or "Program") Of New York Medical College (NYMC), School of Medicine (SOM) is established as an integral component of student life in providing longitudinal career advisement, coaching, mentoring, teaching related to career development, and reinforcement of the importance of student mental health and wellness.
