Description We are a very busy, fast paced bakery. Our shift leads who have prior food and restaurant experience thrive in our store and are paid more for their prior experience. Work with the manager to make sure the right cookies are being mixed, baked and dressed at the right times in order to get them out to the customers. Keeping cookies in stock all day is the name of the game! In order to keep cookies in stock, we keep inventory organized and communicate across shifts all day using an app. We have lots of digital support from Crumbl with training and techniques.
