$5K SIGN ON#BONUS M-F, 40 hours/week-Day shift POSITION SUMMARY: The Nurse Aide performs activities which assist the patient in meeting basic human needs and activities of daily living under the direction of the RN or LPN.# Performs additional competencies to enhance coordination and collaboration of patient care under the direction of the RN or LPN.# Ensures accurate and clear communication to patients, families, and other employees at all times, assisting with other duties as needed to maintain a safe and clean environment. Maintains an accurate medical record. Reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.## # EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School graduate or equivalent.
