My experience here has been mixed. Management is great at celebrating wins, big or small. Training exists but varies by team. Management actively listens to feedback, and there's a genuine sense of teamwork. This is a good place to build foundational skills and learn about the industry.

The work can feel monotonous, especially in back-office roles. The culture is respectful but leans conservative in terms of change. The company offers work with purpose. I love the cross-departmental collaboration. Employee contributions are recognized and appreciated regularly. I’ve grown so much, both personally and professionally, thanks to the amazing people I work with. It’s one of the many ways they support their employees.
