Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Blueground Cleaner Contractor to join our team! We are a furnished, short term housing company with 700+ apartments in the Boston area. In this role, you will be assigned a few cleaning tasks ranging from turnover cleaning, retouches, and move in cleans to perform in these units daily. These units are most often vacant but some tasks may be guest facing. This role is a 1099 based contractor role- we pay a flat rate per job. Responsibilities: Clean and service assigned apartments including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and balconies according to company design guidelines. Use Vacuums, Steam machine / Ozone machine for heavy stains on furniture and Upholstery as needed Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor and collaborate with technicians for repairs.
