Duties/Responsibilities Process adjustments on Customer Invoices and associated grower/shipper payables in compliance with policies and procedures. Process weekly adjustments to On-Hand inventory based on provided count sheets. Prepare and send out Revised and Balance Due invoices. Process Customer Rebate reports for accuracy, verify G/L balances, and create Check Requests as needed. Place office supply orders for all departments. Various other clerical duties and cross training as assigned. Skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Strong Data entry skills Proven working experience in a produce and/or inventory control position preferred Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations Hands-on experience in operating
