Our clients find employment opportunities in our sheltered workshop, thrift store, lawn care service, auto-detailing shop, and in the local community. Every individual is periodically assessed by McCall's interdisciplinary team which consults with each individual, family/guardian support person, and healthcare professionals to develop an action plan to ensure that the most effective programs and services are personally tailored to meet each client's special needs.
