Position Summary: The Family Care Coordinator (FCC) provides intensive family support services to families of infants and young children who have or are at risk of developing disabilities or developmental delays. The FCC provides each family with a comprehensive orientation to early intervention and the Family Support Planning process. The FCC will have a base location however, it will be primarily field based with the ability to travel to family homes in Orlando, Osceola and Seminole County. About the Developmental Center for Infants and Children: Every child is different. But one thing they all have in common is the need for support as they grow. This is especially true of kids at risk for developmental delays and disabilities. That is why the Developmental Center and Early Steps model exists as an early intervention program that provides specialized services for children up to the age of three who have developmental delays or special needs in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.
