ABOUT THIS ROLE The Project Coordinator will support operational program functions including consultant management, consultant engagement, project reporting, and financial reporting, as well as assist the project/program managers in delivery playbook responsibilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO Conduct HR functions within a project, consultant engagement, morale initiatives, performance management, payroll audits, maintaining a master roster, etc. Actively support up to 300 consultants throughout the project duration. Create and maintain client-facing and internal reporting within CRM, Airtable, and SharePoint Participate in Evergreen internal collaboration initiatives Oversee and execute the consultant onboarding process including leading consultant orientations and being onsite to greet consultants on their first day Coordinate with recruiters to set up and manage interview tracking Conduct up to 10 interviews a day during peak months Manage both internal and external project-wide communication
