Job Description Job Description The cook plans, prepares and serves ample and nutritious meals. The Cook is responsible for seeing that the kitchen, serving, pantry, and dining areas are always clean and compliant with Memphis Shelby County Health Department and Memphis Food Bank regulations and that serving, and cooking equipment is cleaned and maintained in conformity with city codes for sanitation.
