Responsibilities: Oversee all revenue cycle operations including Cadence, Prelude, HIM, Claims, and all related systems Plan, execute, and evaluate designated projects based on predetermined budgets and timelines (projects refers to Epic revenue cycle applications modules, upgrading modules, deploying new functionality within modules, etc.) Lead the revenue cycle team for Epic implementation and ongoing operations Manage high volume of customer service responsibilities (primarily internal UHS employees, i.e., patient accounting) Ensure fiscal responsibility across revenue cycle operations Must Haves: Revenue Cycle Experience (Cadence, Prelude, HIM, claims, etc.) Non-profit experience (Hospital billing preferred over professional billing; having both is highly valued) Epic knowledg

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Perform expert leadership skills in the management of staff and coordination of patient care activities.
