Job Details Job Location Salt Lake - Salt Lake City, UT Description Work as assigned with each AR and AP clerk to gain an understanding of each individuals' roles and responsibilities Assist in codifying roles and responsibilities in the AR and AP departments with the goal to update existing process documents while undergoing training Use knowledge gained through training and process documentation to offer coverage for employee PTO in the AR and AP departments Perform regular cash reconciliations to verify that cash receipt and withdrawal data matches bank reports Assure timely collection of customer invoices Research and resolve accounting discrepancies with customers and vendors Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records in both digital and physical formats Review information gathered on prospective customers to submit suggestions for appropriate trade credit limits to be offered Build and provide reports reflecting real time status of customer and vendor accounts as needed Ve
