Overview The primary responsibility of the Civil Permit Expeditor/Construction Administrator is to be the primary individual in the preparation and tracking of permit applications and shop drawings while ensuring permit and construction schedules are adhered. The Specialist Expeditor holds business partners accountable to meet the terms of repair contractual agreements, including provisions for loaners and exchanges. The Specialist Expeditor contributes to achieving low cost per available seat mile (CASM) by controlling cost of repairs and by optimizing repair shop workflows to enable a lean inventory of spare parts.
