JOB DESCRIPTION: This individual will be responsible for the planning and design of land development projects for private entities and municipal projects for government entities. The individual will direct and/or design plans and specifications; oversee preliminary engineering reports/studies; manage subconsultants; and calculate and prepare engineering documents for respective engineering discipline. This role consists of preparing plans and specifications and overseeing a wide variety of projects including but not limited to land development, paving, grading, waterlines, roadways, traffic impact studies, sewer lines, storm sewer lines, and H&H. This individual will be a technical resource for EITs and PEs ranging from 1-5 years' experience to assist them in completing designs and producing construction documents.
