Description Job Summary Cirrus is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Journeyman level HVAC Technician to join our Duluth Facilities team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facilities to support our operations. Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions + HVAC System Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure they operate efficiently and meet safety and regulatory standards. + Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues, including mechanical, electrical, and control problems. Perform repairs and adjustments as necessary to restore system functionality. + Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements while performing HVAC work. Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in codes and regulations. + Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Wage Range: $27.00/hr to $45.00/hr DOE OVERVIEW: This individual is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient repair of aggregate machinery and components at high levels of quality on equipment including, conveyors, screens, feeders, compression crushers, impact crushers, generators, washing equipment, and mobile track equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnose and troubleshoot problems on aggregate equipment accurately and perform field repairs with minimal supervision Able to measure and replace crusher wear parts and screen cloth accurately and independently Able to do thorough and accurate inspections of various aggregate equipment and perform maintenance as directed by manufacturer specifications Attend manufacturer training sessions and internal training courses put on by GES Technical Trainers Basic testing knowledge of all machine systems Perform rebuilds on aggregate equipment components and systems Perform customer equipment startups while explaining

JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Mechanic performs corrective and preventative maintenance, operates assigned machinery and equipment, tests equipment and systems and constructs and modifies equipment and systems as directed. Also responsible for transporting supplies, equipment and waste, as well as maintaining outside grounds. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience: Three (3) years job-related experience. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Class C Boiler's License; or initial acquisition of Special Engineer License within ninety (90) days following date of hire and must obtain a 2nd Class C (2-C) Boiler's License prior to the expiration of the initial Special Engineers License or within fifteen (15) months of hire into this position if a Special Engineers License was already possessed on and has been maintained since the date of hire. Once Boilers License has been obtained the Special Engineers license is no longer required.
