After many years of successful home building, Chet and Liz are preparing to pass on the torch of leadership to their son-in-law Luke Pickerill and their daughter Misty, who are both eager to carry on the legacy that Chet began. Luke has spent much of his career marketing and advertising in the entertainment industry for companies like NBC and Warner Bros., as well as retail establishments. Luke brings a wealth of experience and insight to the management of MonteVista Homes. Working with customers to purchase a quality home they can be proud of inspires Luke to come to work every day. Misty grew up in the home building industry and learned from years of working with her dad. In 2006, she obtained her contractor license and founded Bend Home Builders-the construction arm of MonteVista Homes. Misty brings her years of experience and her love of building homes to managing construction at MonteVista Homes.
