Established in 2018. Full body, cold water immersion in the Cold Forge ice bath for Wim Hof or cold exposure therapy. We use an ice bath for deliberate cold exposure, and ice plunge. We have coaches guide your experience. We like to use contrast therapy with Infrared Sauna along with our ice bath. We started Morozko Forge to provide a high quality appliance for daily cold water immersion practice
