Job Description: Pay Range: $18hr $23hr Responsibilities: Process requests for the paper record by running eCare pull lists and email requests received. Coordinates the prompt flow, transfer and retrieval of hospital paper medical records between the record control locations and the requesting location in the community within established turnaround times. Performs a diligent search to locate all paper records requested with an understanding of how records are cataloged/indexed at the offsite storage warehouse for each of the locations. Using the offsite storage warehouse record tracking system, carefully orders and updates records for various sites ensuring the appropriate priority and delivery location are selected. Utilize image/scan on demand functionality as directed by team lead and/or manager. JOB SUMMARY: The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels by tracking incoming and outgoing of products, to and from the warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for inventory adjustments, managing warehouse stock levels, and identifying potential stock discrepancies.
