Our client is currently seeking a Cyber Security Operations Analyst, Hybrid to Downtown Chicago (2-3 days a week onsite per week) Responsibilities: Continuously tune and implement new rules and use cases for Security Incident and Event Monitoring (SIEM) tool. Respond to Cyber Security incidents, ensuring quick and effective resolution. Assist the CSO team and Cyber Security department to improve overall security posture. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure relevant system logs are stored in SIEM. Tune existing log sources and Host Intrusion Detection System (HIDS) to better detect attackers.
