Our Agency Management Specialist serves as a liaison between the company and agents and acts as a relationship manager for our agents, regional underwriting team and corporate departments. They will assess the strengths and weaknesses of agents and assists them in achieving a mutual goal of profitable growth in both volume and policy count. They will also ensure that agents are familiar with and use Selectives initiatives, products, policies, procedures and services.
