Reporting to the CEO, the new CNO will be responsible for leading the major patient care service teams across the system including 3 acute care units, Medical Intensive Care, and Surgical Intensive Care. The CNO, along with his/her team of direct reports, are responsible for execution of the vision to ensure that the highest standards of excellence, patient care, and employee engagement are realized in assigned areas. Required Skills/Experience: • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in government or technology-related projects. • Experience managing software development projects and vendor relationships. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent). • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred/Not Required: • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification. • Experience with state government agencies or regulatory environments. • Familiarity with business registration, filing systems, or campaign finance processes. Any direct experience or working knowledge of the Client's Secretary of State's systems and business operations will be considered highly beneficial.
