ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include: Repair and maintain all campus plumbing systems, domestic hot and cold water systems, sprinkler systems and pool maintenance. Drain cleaning service with power equipment up to 4" pipe, experience preferred if not will be trained. Install new equipment to include toilets, sinks, domestic hot water heaters, and piping repairs.
