We welcome NCMA members from other areas as well! Our Chapter received a charter from NCMA Headquarters on January 18, 2000. In those days, employees of DCMCs (now DCMA) Manassas office and others in the area wanted an NCMA chapter closer to their location. Therefore, Government and industry contracting professionals, including Marie Jatsko, Al Catlin, Chris Ceka, and Mike Sherbin formed the NCMA Battlefield-Manassas Dulles Chapter. The initial meetings were held in Manassas, Virginia. Over the years the chapter meetings migrated east to Chantilly, then north to Herndon and then back to Chantilly. In 2006 the Chapters name was shortened to the NCMA Battlefield-Dulles Chapter and in 2014 was renamed the NCMA Dulles Corridor Chapter. The chapters leadership has made these changes through the years to reflect the growth of the chapters membership from the Manassas area towards Chantilly and Dulles and more recently Reston, Herndon, and Ashburn.
