Client Service Associate We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support account openings, client service, and quality control for broker-dealers. This role will also be responsible for reviewing PMA, Prime Broker, and DBA packages while ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory processes. Key Responsibilities: Open various account types for Broker-Dealers, ensuring proper AML compliance. Prepare and circulate PMA and Prime Broker approval packets for committee review. Provide client service and support for account-related inquiries from broker-dealers. Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance and completeness of new account documents. Process account adjustments as requested by broker-dealers. Monitor and review exception reports (e.g., P3 Credit Interest, No DAML, CDC). Evaluate and recommend updates to policies and procedures. Manage returned mail processes and ensure proper follow-up. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills:
