The primary responsibility of the Board is to maintain the 210 acres of slopes in and around Niguel Summit. We have 170 acres of irrigated slopes, 60 end caps (corners) with enhanced landscaping, 8 monuments, 5 miles of slopes on single-loaded streets, and a 2-mile hiking/fire trail on the rim of Aliso Canyon.
