The Non-Profit Personnel Network (NPPN) was founded in 1987 by Gary Dembs as a retained executive search firm, exclusively serving the national nonprofit sector. Dembs has been working with non-profit organizations for over 35 years. He founded the Non-Profit Personnel Network after a highly successful 21 year career in public relations and broadcasting.
