Job Description Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Purchasing Assistant to join its team. Responsibilites: Be able to prepare purchase orders for review and approval. Enter and update purchase order data. Create Purchase Order numbers. Receive daily common-carrier, freight deliveries and process for multi-campus distribution. Process invoices. Check packages, ship to correct departments. Maintain records. Match and process invoices against open Purchase Orders. Work schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm with 1/2 lunch. This is a long term temporary position. with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the successful candidate. You will work in a professional and pleasant atmosphere.
