The Administrative Assistant contributes to the efficient day- to-day operations of the ABFM office and supports the work of the ABFM Vice President of Diplomate Engagement. This person will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. The Administrative Assistant must be able to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure and deal effectively with all levels within and outside of the organization. This is a practice opportunity for a board certified or eligible family medicine physician just outside of Lexington, Kentucky. The new physician will be joining a very busy and successful primary care practice. The average daily patients per provider will be between 20 and 25. In office capabilities include diagnostic X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, lab, bone densitometry, and mammography. STAT readings are available if needed. There is a hospitalist program, so this is predominately an outpatient position with very limited call responsibilities. Competitive compensation is provided. Very c ollegial work environment.
