Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data for separate entities and vendors. Reconciling vendor statements to ensure that all invoices are accounted for and correctly posted. Analyze discrepancies with invoices and research information to discover the source of the problem, making sure all disbursements corrected properly. Strong vendor relations management.
