Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Telecommunications Technician to become an integral part of our team! You will configure, install, and maintain voice and data network infrastructure, as well as other low-voltage systems, including, but not limited to video surveillance and access control systems. Responsibilities: -Maintain customer rapport by listening to, and resolving concerns -Install and maintain Voice/Data networks, Access Control, and Video Surveillance systems -Provide training and support to end users -Install and maintain cabling (Cat-3, Cat-5e, Cat-6, Coax, Fiber Optic, etc.) -Troubleshoot and repair wide variety of low voltage wiring irregularities -Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions -Order and maintain inventory stock supplies -Travel to multiple locations on any given day Qualifications: -Must have valid Driver's License -Must be willing to drive company vehicle several hours a day (when required) -Previous experience in telecomm

Overview: Job Summary The Cell Tower Lead/ Top Hand will have a complete understanding of the wireless industry. 90% of the time will be spent onsite climbing cell towers. One will fully grasp all aspects of the initial training of the Associate Tower Technician and the Tower Technician. The Tower Lead will assist the Tower Foreman in developing and planning complete site build (as it pertains to the SOW at hand). One will share ultimate responsibility for quality of SOW deliverable. The Tower Lead will assist the Tower Foreman in identifying change orders, obstacles and safety concerns that may impede SOW timeline. One will possess leadership skills to direct all top side activities. The Lead will support the Foreman when on the ground. One will have a solid understanding of color coding, weatherproofing, grounding, equipment installations, etc. (as it pertains to the SOW at hand) and understand all components of the COP process.
