Job Summary: Our bartenders are what make the Wiseguy Lounge the best bourbon bar in America! We are seeking responsible, hard-working individuals with great attitudes to add to our thriving team. Excitement to learn new mixology techniques and broaden bourbon knowledge, and the ability to take direction are of utmost importance to our bartending team. They will learn the names and orders of our regulars and walk guests through our craft cocktail and bourbon menu with recommendations and encouragement Duties/Responsibilities: Provide the best and highest quality craft cocktails and drinks to guests using Wiseguy Lounge techniques and ingredients Highest level of customer service for every guest including greeting/thanking guests, engagement with guests and building rapport Continuously trains, learns, and gathers knowledge about the alcohol industry Maintains the bar: Keeps bar clean and organized throughout shift Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared ahead of the opening

The Bartender is also expected to take food orders and assist non-bar guests as needed. Take orders, process payments, provide recommendations and serve beverages. Serve food orders as needed. Maintain safe, fun atmosphere for guests and staff. Maintain a clean and orderly bar. Wash and store glassware safely. Follow direction from Bar Manager or General Manager. Serve drinks in accordance with Company standards and recipes. Ensure exceptional customer service. Prepare drink menu ingredients daily or as needed. Stock bar as needed. Report any equipment failure and/or safety hazard
