Repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with CLASSIC SOP, insurance partner and industry guidelines/standards.  Note:  Critical features of this position are described under the heading below.  They may be subject to change at any time due to reasonable accommodations or managements’ rights to reassign duties and responsibilities of this job at any time.  Responsibilities: Assist Service Advisors in assessing damage to vehicles prior to repair.  Make Cosmetic repairs.  Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections back to original specifications.   Ability to develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job.   Ensure all needed repairs are identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.  Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed.  Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window and seat operating equipment and trim to gain access to damaged area of vehicle if needed.
