Position Duties: FIELD CONSTRUCTION Interpret contract plans and specifications for roadway and bridge construction to ensure contract compliance. Verify the quality of the field tested materials incorporated into the project by the contractor, such as soil, crushed aggregates; Portland Concrete and Asphalt Concrete are within specifications. Inspect the quality of materials being placed and the contractor methods of construction to ensure compliance to specifications.
