The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting all desktop devices to include desktop VTCs and associated equipment, such as MFDs, laptops, and conference rooms. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provides installation/troubleshooting support to VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, other hardware devices as requested, and completes associated cabling work. Travel required to support Regional objectives. Supports refresh, modernization, projects, and STO activities as required. Travels to support other locations within the area as needed. Follows proper processes of equipment classification and sanitization.
