SEEDS – Access Changes Everything (formerly New Jersey SEEDS) is a privately funded, statewide, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational opportunities to academically talented, financially limited students. SEEDS works with competitive, primarily independent, secondary schools to provide opportunities for highly motivated, academically qualified, and economically disadvantaged students. Overview: The Advisory Dean Program ("ADP" or "Program") Of New York Medical College (NYMC), School of Medicine (SOM) is established as an integral component of student life in providing longitudinal career advisement, coaching, mentoring, teaching related to career development, and reinforcement of the importance of student mental health and wellness. In partnership with trained Advisory Deans ("AD"), the Program is managed by the Advisory Dean Program Director who reports to the Dean of Students within the Office of Student Affairs.
