The Shop Coordinator’s primary objective is to manage and enhance the coordination and monitoring of railcar shipments to/from and between origin and shops and maximize timely and successful shipments of railcars for maintenance, qualifications, and/or cleaning. This role will mitigate service disruptions and optimize shipments to minimize out of service time of the railcar.
