The LEASING CONSULTANT is responsible for all operations entitled with leasing suites and achieving a high level of occupancy. The Leasing Consultant must maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude in all areas of resident services. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, sales, all administrative operations of property management and resident services. JOB FUNCTIONS 1.) Answer leasing calls and set appointments with prospective residents. 2.) Tour the property with prospective residents, initiate effective sales presentations, and close on leasing suites. 3.) Perform timely prospect follow up by utilizing creative marketing strategies (i.e. phone and email calls, thank you notes, and promotional materials). 4.) Prepare applications and leases; verify employment and residency information on application 5.) Compile move-in information and insure proper flow to appropriate parties.
